What came before the Big Bang?

Clearly it was not the big car! or atom-bomb for that matter. At least not if the conversation is about the age old mystery: How our universe was created.

Neil Turok, a string theorist at Cambridge university (The real Cambridge) amongst holding many other important posts at other reputable institutions, has made public, his theory that the cosmos we live in was created by the collision of two universes over a trillion year time period.

Amongst other news of Tiger Woods' public apology, this theory begins to bring to light one of science's biggest questions, not "Why did he cheat?" rather, "why, when, how and what caused our universe to form". The confirmation of the validity of Professor Turok's theory, will bring us closer to answering it a multitude of unanswered space and time based questions with it, and will surely further the cause of the Large Hadron Collider, which was created with the purpose of figuring out the same if not similar questions that Professor Turok has attempted at answering.
