About Sean Yeo

Sean Yeo was born on July 9th 1987, in the central district of the London borough Islington, which is also called Islington (not really sure why). Sean is currently attending Monash University where, like many of NewsHit’s contributors, he is working towards a degree in Journalism.

Sean has been passionate about both reading and writing since an early age (I think five). He was also the editor of his high school newspaper, The Eagle, a weekly publication that was very popular with the other students (probably because they liked to see themselves in the newspaper).

Sean is also a bit of a weirdo in the sense that he dreams about one day working as a foreign correspondent for the BBC (honestly, who else does that?). In fact, in order to go to sleep every night he has to be listening to the BBC World Service (does anybody have a cure for this? I’ve tried sleeping pills, but they don’t seem to work). He is also a die-hard Manchester United fan.

Sean isn’t quite sure what to put here as all the other profiles seem to be rather funny, and he doesn’t have a particularly witty or charming remark to round off his profile with.

Thus, in the words of Eric Cantona: When seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea.
