My name is Jarrod Harvey.

I'm an Arts/Information Technology student at Monash University. My double degree is one of the rarer combinations taken by anyone as the type of person who does Arts is typically very different from the type who does IT. I would consider myself a nerd (IT) who also has a creative/weird side (Arts).

I'm sorry, I have to interrupt this bio to write about this chocolate I'm eating. It's really bad, and I'd like to discourage anybody else from eating it. It's called "Raffaelo" and it's like, this white ball covered in coconut with this thin biscuity stuff inside and this really rich coconut-flavoured white goo. I'm sitting here with it half-eaten on my desk and dreading finishing it. Don't eat Raffaelo.

Anyway, when I'm not eating bad chocolate, I enjoy playing videogames and surfing the net. I also love reading and writing short stories, but both of these often require effort and I'm really lazy. Seriously, at the time of writing this I haven't had a job in a year and have still yet to get around to writing a resumé.

To finish, here's a brief list of things that I think are awesome and life would suck without: Peep Show, Dinosaur Comics, Phoenix Wright, my friends (both in real life and online), Death Note, fantasy novels and sleeping in.
